Our team combines expertise in public health, research, evaluation, education, communications, and data analytics to support organizations and communities in reducing gambling-related harm.

Mary Lay serves as Program Manager for the Indiana Problem Gambling Awareness Program. She has more than 25 years of experience in gambling-related harm prevention and is nationally recognized for her expertise in training, technical assistance, policy development, and program management.

Dr. Reynolds serves as Research Director for the Indiana Problem Gambling Awareness Program. Her research focuses on gambling behaviors and attitudes across the lifespan, and she leads survey research, program evaluation, and collaborative research initiatives.

Amy Frederick coordinates IPGAP's training and educational resources, helping ensure high-quality learning opportunities for professionals, community members, and others interested in gambling-related education. She manages the online training portal, maintains current training content, and provides technical assistance for in-person, virtual, and webinar-based trainings.

Dr. Jun has more than 20 years of experience in survey methodology, statistical analysis, and behavioral health research. She leads the design, implementation, and analysis of statewide surveys focused on gambling, substance use, and other health behaviors among adolescents, college students, and adults.

Mallori leads IPGAP's social media and digital communications, helping share research, educational resources, and program updates with professionals and the public. She also supports outreach efforts by developing communications materials and contributing to training and educational initiatives.

Dr. Lee supports IPGAP's research and evaluation efforts through data analysis, visualization, and reporting. He develops interactive dashboards and visual tools that help communicate complex data, support decision-making, and improve understanding of gambling-related trends and outcomes.

Mariah Benham supports IPGAP's research and evaluation initiatives by assisting with project planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting. She collaborates with partners to assess program effectiveness, measure outcomes, and use evaluation findings to strengthen programs and improve practice.

Deborah Walton provides administrative support for IPGAP's programs and projects. She helps coordinate day-to-day operations, supports project logistics, and assists the team in delivering high-quality services and resources to partners across Indiana.
